Purchasing my Bronco Big Bend from Paula Lapierre was an exceptional experience from beginning to end. She was knowledgeable, kind, and incredibly patient, and every time I visited, she welcomed me like family.

Paula listened carefully to what I wanted and helped me choose the right options to bring my vision to life. Even when I was unsure whether I would purchase, she encouraged me to take my time and think it through. Her follow-up calls were always warm and enthusiastic, with no pressure whatsoever. When I finally decided to move forward, she was just as excited as I was—even taking a selfie with me and sending it as a keepsake.

She also stayed after working hours to help me set up the Ford app and connect my new vehicle to my phone. That level of care and dedication truly stood out.

This is my seventh vehicle. Having previously owned Jeep Cherokees, Infinitis, BMWs, and Porsches, this is my first Ford, and I can honestly say I have never experienced such attentive service. I had always wanted a truck, and my beautiful black-on-black Bronco has the bold, rugged look I envisioned. Paula understood exactly what I wanted and helped make it happen.

The entire team deserves recognition as well: the receptionist who always greeted us with a smile, Gabriel, Carl in finance, and the gentleman who kindly offered us coffee. Everyone made us feel welcome and valued, as though we were the only customers there.

I have had my Bronco for just three days, and knowing the team will stay in touch to ensure everything is going well makes the experience even more reassuring.

Excellent service, un concessionnaire de confiance pour acheter ou louer un véhicule neuf. Le meilleur service que j’ai reçu depuis très longtemps. Aucune nuance et un service clair et juste.

Le concierge Lincoln est super compétent et très professionnel. Le service est rapide et impeccable. Tout le personnel est accueillant, notamment la personne préposée à la location (gratuite dans mon cas) qui est très efficace. La note A+++ est tout à fait appropriée en ce qui concerne la qualité de l'ensemble du service de ce garage.

J’ai fait faire le deuxième entretien de mon véhicule Lincoln Corsair, en plus d’être très satisfait de mon véhicule, je n’ai que de bons mots pour la qualité du service valet de Lincoln qui est unique et exceptionnel.

When I moved back from BC, I needed a dealer to service my Corsair and chose 440 Lincoln. I was not disappointed. The service team are excellent and attentive and that experience led me to lease my next vehicle from 440 Lincoln. I just completed that business and was just so happy with Julien Desnoyers and the whole team at 440. Highly recommend these folks. Just a great team. In an era of disappearing service and care, they were excellent. Thrilled with my new vehicle and the whole process from handshake to delivery.

Cette année décide racheter un nouveau Bronco 2025 chez 440 Fort toujours bien reçu Avec Brigitte aussi je voulais souligner Mme Kathy la nouvelle recrue qui m’as servie professionnalisme extraordinaire et respect aussi il faut pas oublier Patrick celui que je dois dire qu’il ya une patience extraordinaire et qui mérite beaucoup de gratitude par ça patience et sont dévouement pour faciliter la transition voiture et cellulaires aux personnes comme moi qui on des petits ennuie de logistique et qui garde sont sourire .Il ne faut oublier mon aviseur technique que j’oublie sont petits nom qui est attentionné et à équipe de mécano qui prend sont de mon camion. My wife and I had visited 6 different Ford dealerships (and had called over 10) in the region before walking into this location. Julien, our salesperson, was the only one that was not pushy and went above and beyond to ensure we got the exact car we wanted (custom order) at the exact price we expected to pay. He kept us informed of everything that was going on prior to and during the delivery process, and promptly answered any and all questions we had along the way. He also helped us set up everything and checked up on us after the delivery to ensure we were having a positive experience with the new vehicle. I would 100% recommend him to others looking to buy / lease a Ford.

Réparation 4x4 impeccable sur un Ford F-150 2020. Le service a été excellent dès ma première visite et l'équipe était très professionnelle.Merci Desjardins Ford 440, Un mois après avoir réparé le 4x4, la transmission a commencé à cogner. J'ai ramené le camion,à Desjardins Ford 440 je l'ai fait inspecter et il a finalement été réparé impeccablement.merci beaucoup Ford 440

Top notch service, changed my brakes and oil, did some recalls. Brought it in in the evening and it was ready at 7:30. Didn’t cost more than anywhere else, truck drives amazing now. I recommend this place to anyone with a truck that uses it for work and can’t lose a day! Thanks Ford 440!

Mon troisième véhicule Lincoln avec 440 Lincoln. À chacune des fois, Claude Gendron est un conseiller exceptionnel. Il maitrise les connaissances sur les produits, la marque et les caractéristiques Lincoln . L'expérience d'achat est toujours on ne plus facile et agréable. Jonathan au financement, Gabriel et Marius à la livraison ont eux aussi fait un travail ultra professionnel. Un gros merci 🙂

The checking in was very fast and I got a very warm welcome from my technical advisor. The vehicle was checked and returned back to me on time as promised during my checking in.
The place offer a nice waiting place in which you can get complimentary coffee, Wi-Fi and TV.
The place is clean and comfortable.
